Tutor support
Once you begin your studies with your chosen university or institution, you will be allocated a tutor, who you will be able to contact for help and advice on any aspect of the content of your course. You may contact your tutor as often as you like by telephone, email or online. In most cases your tutor will also mark your assignments and send you written feedback. You may also be able to meet your tutor face-to-face by arrangement.
Learning materials
You will be given your learning materials at the beginning of each module of your chosen course. They are purpose-written, designed and have been developed against the high quality criteria laid down by the relevant university or institution. They'll take you through your subject just as lectures would, and give you a ready-made reference that you can use like a textbook and at the start of your revision. You never miss out on any part of the course, don't have to struggle to take notes as a lecturer speaks, and can keep going over the same section of work until you understand it fully. You'll also have regular self-checking exercises in the learning materials to help you to gauge your progress and build confidence, and exam-style assignments for you to send to your tutor.

In addition, for selected courses, you will have access to Summerset University virtual campus.
